Los Burros Supremos
Los Burros Supremos is a regional burrito shop based in Portland, Oregon, and the first brick and mortar restaurant from Adán Fausto, Michelin trained Chef. Heartening back to his Northern Mexico roots, the menu also pulls inspiration from his childhood in Southern California and time in the Bay Area, both places where the burrito is arguably the most famous! In addition to the regional burrito styles, be on the lookout for the less traditional with our Burro del Dia, plus playful "botanas," Burro Bowls, and a beverage program with seasonal margaritas and agua frescas.
